Warriors Offer $100 Passes To Games; Seats, Standing Room Views Not Included

The Golden State Warriors intend to pack their building as tightly as possible.
The two-time defending NBA champions announced to their fans Monday via email they’re selling entry passes to home games at Oracle Arena that don’t include seats or standing room with views of the game, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell. Warriors fans can pay $100 for each monthly “In The Building Pass,” which allows fans to visit arena restaurant, bars and concession areas and watch games on televisions located in concourse and club areas. The Warriors plan to sell 200 of these passes each month through the end of the regular season, and the team will bank up to $20,000 extra revenue per month in ticket sales alone.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display( “gpt-ad-desktop-out-of-page” ); });

The Warriors currently own a 299-game sellout streak, and 44,000-plus people are on their season-ticket waiting list. It’s reasonable to believe at least 200 of these patient fans will pay to soak up the gameday atmosphere from inside the arena.
The Warriors will move from Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif., into Chase Center in San Francisco next season. Chances are, they’ll bring the “In The Building” scheme across the bay with them.

Aaron Jones Fantasy: Aaron Rodgers’ Comments Boost Value of Packers RB

Aaron Rodgers sees the impact Green Bay Packers teammate Aaron Jones has with the ball in his hands. Not only does the running back make the team’s offense better as a whole, but it makes Rodgers’ life easier as while by forcing defenses to respect the run. In turn, the Packers All-Pro quarterback wants to see Jones receive an even larger workload.
As Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette revealed, Rodgers spoke about Jones while praising him as a player.

Aaron Rodgers thought RB Aaron Jones not only helped offense pick up 1st downs, but that he was especially useful in the red zone. #Packers scored 4 red-zone TDs vs. Dolphins. Jones had half of them. "He’s a great player. We just need to continue to give him more opportunities."
— Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) November 13, 2018

Although these comments aren’t surprising, they likely bode well moving forward for both Jones and the Packers offense as a whole. Even going beyond that, this is great news for fantasy football players who have the 23-year-old back. Jones has set season-highs in touches in each of the past three games, totaling 14, 16 and 18 and Rodgers’ comments bode well for that number to stay high or even increase.
In turn, also positively influencing his fantasy outlook in the process.

Aaron Jones’ Fantasy Football Outlook Moving Forward
Jones has averaged at least 5.1 yards per carry in every game this season, so the Packers opting to give him 12-plus carries in each of past three games makes sense. His performance in the Week 10 win over the Miami Dolphins was exceptional, as he rushed for 145 yards on 15 carries (9.7 yards per attempt) while catching three passes for 27 yards.
One big number that jumped out this week was Jones’ snap count. As Football Outsiders shows, he played 74 percent of the team’s offensive snaps against the Dolphins while Jamaal Williams was on the field for 25 percent. These numbers are up quite a bit from the 58-42 percent split in Week 9.
Jones is trending up and doing so at a rapid rate. If things continue in this direction, he’ll become an intriguing fantasy keeper league option. More importantly, the Packers new lead back has the potential to help push you towards a championship run to wrap up the season.

Le’Veon Bell Deadline: Did Steelers RB Report Today?

Le’Veon Bell is not expected to report to the Steelers, but the running back still has until 4 p.m. Eastern to maintain his eligibility for this season. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Bell is unlikely to report by the Tuesday, November 13 deadline making him ineligible to play this season.
Schefter detailed what is at stake by not reporting to the team.
By not reporting by Tuesday’s deadline, Bell will also forgo approximately $200,000 in benefits that come along with a credited NFL season, sources said.
That figure includes benefits from a pension, an annuity, 401K contributions and a health reimbursement account.
“I don’t think it even enters his mind,” said one source familiar with the NFL’s benefits package. “When you lose a credited and retire, you wish you had it then. But you’re not thinking about that now.”
But the reason he has been willing to forgo all of this so far is the reason that multiple people do not expect to see Bell this week, or this season, either. And if Bell doesn’t report by Tuesday, which is now the belief, then his Steelers career would be over.
So far, there has been no signs of Bell today, but we will keep you posted if something changes. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported it is looking unlikely as well.
“It’s 30 minutes until the deadline for #Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell to show up and sign his franchise tag and @AKinkhabwala is in front of the building. Bell has not walked by her yet. Looking like that’s a wrap for 2018,” Rapoport tweeted.
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin met with reporters earlier today and noted Bell had not returned his messages.
“I have no reaction,” Tomlin told NFL.com. “I’ve told you guys and I’ve told you guys consistently, a reaction comes from me if and when he walks in the door. Until that happens, I’m business as usual and focused on those that are here and working, and appropriately so. That way I don’t waste my time and theirs…I understand that business is an element of the game of football. And the elements of the game, relationships within the game, football-related relationships that we all hold near and dear and understand. And then, football at this level, there’s also a business element. Even when we don’t understand it, we’re sensitive to it. So we’re not shocked when things happen from a business standpoint.”

Mira Ricardel: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Mira Ricardel is the current deputy national security advisor for the White House. On Tuesday, Melania Trump’s spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham revealed that the first lady is seeking Ricardel’s removal from her post.
Per Bloomberg, Grisham said, “It is the position of the Office of the First Lady that she no longer deserves the honor of serving in this White House.”
Here’s what you need to know:

1. Ricardel Is the Top Deputy to National Security Advisor John Bolton

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump is moving to replace his Deputy National Security Adviser Mira Ricardel after she feuded with first lady Melania Trump https://t.co/5w8tMux8l0
— The Muthoka® (@MuthokaTito) November 13, 2018

Currently, Ricardel serves as the top deputy to John Bolton, the National Security Advisor. She has not publicly responded to the apparent efforts by FLOTUS to oust her from this position.
The news comes following a report by The Wall Street Journal that Trump plans to oust Ricardel at the first lady’s request. Ricardel has reportedly also clashed with Defense Secretary James Mattis in the past, per The Hill, regarding Pentagon appointments and more, even stopping Mattis from hiring some officials at the beginning of Trump’s presidency over “concerns” that they had shown support for Hillary Clinton during her presidential run.
The Hill reports that Ricardel’s current duties include policy coordination between the NSC and the State Department, as well as the Pentagon on major policy issues.

2. Ricardel Drew the Wrath of FLOTUS in a Disagreement Over a Trip to Africa in October

. @PaulSonne, @dawsey & I asked weeks ago about the rumors that Mira Ricardel was trying to push out Mattis. She responded w/ a statement saying she had "great respect" for him. But it ignored the main Q. Now, she's seemingly gone for a different reason.https://t.co/p9jqyEFjTp
— Dan Lamothe (@DanLamothe) November 13, 2018

Ricardel’s conflict with the first lady began over a disagreement regarding FLOTUS’ trip to Africa in October, per Bloomberg; Ricardel reportedly threatened to withhold National Security Council resources for the Africa trip unless she was allowed to join the trip personally.
Another report by The Hill says that the conflict between Ricardel and FLOTUS had to do with plane seating, as well;  but still others on Twitter are pointing out that this could just be a smokescreen for Trump getting rid of someone of his own volition.
Per CNN, a White House official further accused Ricardel of lying about the conflict with the first lady, and of leaking false stories about the first lady following the Africa trip. What’s more, chief of staff John Kelly and his deputy Zach Fuentes believe that Ricardel has been “leaking negative stories about them to the press” as well, via CNN.

3. A Source Familiar With Ricardel Said She Had ‘Alienated Everyone’ Except Bolton
John Bolton. (Getty)
Though the news of FLOTUS’ disapproval is new, Ricardel has reportedly alienated several people in recent months. The Straits Times reports that Ricardel has “sort of alienated everyone” in the NSC staff except for Bolton.
If Ricardel is in fact ousted from her position, it would reflect a large shift in stability for Bolton, as well: CNN reports that Ricardel has served a key role in Bolton’s efforts to secure his position as an “influential adviser to the President on all foreign matters.”

4. Ricardel Has a Long Career in Government Work, Dating Back to 1986

Melania Trump wants Mira Ricardel fired. She is the top deputy to National Security Adviser John Bolton #Trump https://t.co/73ZqiVhp6R
— Alexandra Whitney (@iskandrah) November 13, 2018

Ricardel holds a bachelor’s degree in national studies and international relations from Georgetown University, and has also completed doctoral course work at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Starting in 1986, Ricardel began her career in government by working as a congressional affairs specialist, and continued to serve in the State Department through to 1989.
From that point to 1996, Ricardel worked as a legislative assistant for Republican Senator Bob Dole, drafting legislation related to foreign affairs and defense policy. Over the years, Ricardel continued to hold public sector jobs, then left the public sector to hold a position with Boeing for just under a decade.
Ricardel returned to public service when she was tapped to be a part of Trump’s presidential transition team following his election victory.

5. Ricardel Was Tapped to Trump’s Presidential Transition Team to Help Make Appointments

BREAKING: In an extraordinary statement from the Office of the First Lady, the office publicly declares its position that Deputy National Security Advisor Mira Ricardel “no longer deserves the honor of serving in this White House.” https://t.co/pwR9fpe1cR
— NBC News (@NBCNews) November 13, 2018

While on Trump’s presidential transition team, Ricardel worked with approximately 100 aides, policy experts, and government officials to work to recommend people to top cabinet and staff roles for the Trump White House. She served as the team’s Department of Defense advisor.
Following her role in Trump’s transition team, Ricardel was then appointed for the position of undersecretary of commerce for export administration, and in April, when Bolton was named national security advisor, she was pulled onto the NSC.

Shannon Sharpe Rips Kyrie Irving For Lamenting Celtics’ Lack Of Vet Leadership

The Boston Celtics are in a funk.
The Celtics, who many crowned as this season’s Eastern Conference champions before the 2018-19 campaign even got underway, have struggled out of the gate and currently own an underwhelming 7-6 record.
Following Boston’s loss Sunday — its fourth in its last five contests — Kyrie Irving expressed his desire to have a 15-year veteran on the roster, noting that kind of experienced leadership could help the C’s weather their early-season storm.
Irving’s comments didn’t go over very well with Shannon Sharpe, who sounded off on the star point guard via Twitter on Monday afternoon.

Bron says: kick rocks Kyrie. You had that and wanted to lead your own tm, lead your tm and hush . https://t.co/IXNKz4yH9Q

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display( “gpt-ad-desktop-out-of-page” ); });

— shannon sharpe (@ShannonSharpe) November 12, 2018

Philly, Toronto, Bucks don’t have 14-15 yr vets. I don’t want excuses, I want results https://t.co/I1iR8nJ0VA
— shannon sharpe (@ShannonSharpe) November 12, 2018

Sharpe does make a good point. Boston offered the kind of challenge Irving had been longing for during his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers, so pointing to the Celtics’ leadership woes makes the five-time All-Star look somewhat foolish. Still, the C’s are an exceptionally young team with an average NBA service time of just over three seasons.
While Boston doesn’t possess a 15-year veteran, Al Horford is pretty darn close with 11 years under his belt. And with largely the same roster from a season ago in which they reached the Eastern Conference finals, there’s no reason to believe the Celtics won’t turn things around.

Is Gordon Hayward Celtics’ ‘Biggest Problem?’ Stephen A. Smith Believes So

A day might come this season when Gordon Hayward resembles the player he was before his gruesome ankle injury. And at that time, he might be a huge asset for the Boston Celtics.
But right now, it’s hard to look at the 28-year-old forward as anything other than a liability.
Hayward is averaging just 9.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists through 12 games this season. Those numbers unsurprisingly are way down from his last full season in the NBA, when he averaged 21.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists for the Utah Jazz.
But forget the numbers: Hayward clearly has a long way to go, and the way the Celtics are forcing him into the offense has thrown off the entire operation. Young players who blossomed in the playoffs last season — Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Terry Rozier — now look uncomfortable and unsure of what their current role is.
ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith is among those who have noticed Boston’s problematic shoehorning of Hayward. The “First Take” co-host talked Hayward and the Celtics during Tuesday morning’s episode.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display( “gpt-ad-desktop-out-of-page” ); });

So, is Hayward really the Celtics’ “biggest problem?”
That might be a little harsh, if you ask us. Hayward certainly is an issue, but he’s just one of many symptoms in what’s been a sickening beginning to the season for the Celtics — especially Marcus Smart.
Still, it’s hard to believe Hayward and the Celtics will stay down for too long. At the end of the day, this remains perhaps the second most talented basketball roster on planet Earth.
In the meantime, the Celtics and their fans will just have to be patient.

Halle Berry Dons Backless Dress, See-Through Tank in Stunning Sahara Desert Photos

Halle Berry posted a photo of herself wearing a backless dress while sitting in the sand in the Sahara Desert in Morocco. The actress had her back to the camera as her long hair appeared to be blowing in a gentle breeze. She sat facing the dunes, barefoot, having a moment to herself.
“Everything has changed, and yet, I’m more me than I’ve ever been,” Berry captioned the photo, which you can see below.

Berry’s caption does seem a bit mysterious, but also very inspirational. While it’s unclear what she’s referring to when she wrote “everything has changed,” fans seemed to love the message of empowerment to be one’s self and to love one’s self.
Just a couple of days ago, Berry posted another photo of herself rolling around in the desert sand, wearing a see-through white tank top.
“Sahara stunning, she captioned the photo, which was liked by more than 142,000 Instagram users. You can check out that photo here.
Berry has been romantically linked to a few men over the past year or so, most recently to her John Wick 3 co-star, Keanu Reeves. According to Gossip Cop, however, the two weren’t hooking up, despite reports to the contrary.
As for what she’s been up to lately, Berry seems to be enjoying single life, spending time with her two children, Nahla and Maceo, and keeping busy with a full list of projects that should carry her well into the new year.
Berry recently finished filming John Wick: Chapter 3, which is slated for release in 2019. According to her IMDb page, she has joined the cast of Bruised, portraying the character Jackie Justice. Her most recent project, a role in the film Jagged Edge, was recently announced and should start production sometime in 2019.

How to Earn the Wayfarer Title in Destiny 2

One new mechanics introduced in Destiny 2: Forsaken is Titles. Placed just below your Guardian’s name, these titles are meant to tell everyone that you have completed a lot of Triumphs. While there are ones for Crucible, Gambit, and even the Dreaming City, the Wayfarer title has you finishing quests and collecting items all across the solar system.
Here’s how to unlock the Wayfarer title in Destiny 2:
1. Kill WANTED Enemies in Lost Sectors

When embarking on this quest we recommend you start by knocking out all the WANTED enemies. These are special bosses that were introduced with the Forsaken DLC and now reside in Lost Sectors at every destination. You don’t need to kill every WANTED enemy, only the ones listed in the Destinations Seal at the bottom right of the Triumphs page.
Here is a list of every WANTED boss and what planet they are on:

Ruined Mind
Pandrok, Pillar of Nothing
Qeldron, Keeper

Downpour Captain
Kurg, the All-Seeing Force
Zerz, the Unstoppable Weight
Dust-Choked Thrag
Phyzann, Drowned Captain
Devourer Darg
Fortifier Yann
Varghul, Fragment of Oryx
Calzar, Scarred Captain
Drained Captain
Metal Captain
Sunless Captain
Mazan, Lost Captain

Tattered Dusk Captain
Shayotet Partisan
Nariks Reborn

Subterranean Mind

Keresh, Champion of Xol
Valus Dulurc

There are 27 bosses you will need to vanquish. This is actually pretty easy since these bosses aren’t that strong, so you should be able to blow through them without any resistance. However, this will take a good amount of time, so only go for this if you really want this title. The Wayfayer is a very time-consuming title to earn.
2. Finish Tangled Shore and Dreaming City Lost Sectors
The next step for this title is to finish the Lost Sectors in the Tangled Shore and the Dreaming City. All of these are really simple with the exception of the Dreaming City ones which we recommend you try completing around 550-560 Light. There are 7 Lost Sectors in all, but you should already have these already completed by just playing the game.
3. Complete a lot of Heroic Adventures

Here comes our first real time-consuming part of this title. In order to finish this step you’ll need to complete five Heroic Adventures on Io, the EDZ, Titan, Nessus, Mars, and Mercury. The catch is, these Heroic Adventures are only available when the Flashpoint is on that planet.
Meaning if you need to finish 2 Heroic Adventures on Titan, you will have to wait until the Flashpoint goes to this moon in order to complete this step. There is only one Flashpoint a week and it’s constantly on rotation. You will need to check every week to see what the Flashpoint is if you’re just starting. This will take a lot of time, but thankfully, it’s not locked to a single character. Meaning you can use all three of your Guardians to rack up three Heroic Adventures at a time.
If the Flashpoint is at the Tangled Shore then you will be unable to make any progress towards your adventures that week.
4. Complete Destination Red War
Now the grind is going to set in. To finish Destination Red War you will need to earn every armor piece that’s tied to Io, Nessus, the EDZ, and Titan. Each vendor sells a set of armor and you will need to acquire a full set for every destination. This is a total of 25 pieces of armor, all of which can either be earned by opening planetary engrams, rewarded for completing activities on that planet, or by directly purchasing them.
We suggest the latter as long as your Vendor ranking is above 10. You can directly purchase each piece of armor from the vendor for a rather high cost. Make sure you have spare materials and Legendary Shards if you decide to go this route.
Here is each armor set you need to earn:

Wildwood Set – EDZ
Lost Pacific Set – Titan
Exodus Dawn Set – Nessus
Gensym Knight Set – Io

You only need a full set of each on one character, so make sure to use your main Guardian. If you aren’t sure what you need, just use the Collection to see what’s missing. The armor pieces can be found under the Open World subtab on the first page.
5. Complete Destination Curse of Osiris and Warmind

Still with me? This is the hardest step in obtaining the whole title. For this part, you will need to obtain a ton of weapons, multiple armor sets, a Nightfall weapon, a Ghost shell, and two Exotics. There are a lot of items you will need to get if you want to finish this step so be prepared to spend a lot of time grinding.
Here’s everything you need for this step:

Every Lost Prophecy (Forge) Weapon
Perfect Paradox – Shotgun
Sagira’s Shell
Kairos Function Armor Set

Braytech Researcher Armor Set
Escalation Protocol Armor Set
Escalation Protocol Weapons (Shotgun, SMG, Sniper)
Polaris Lance Exotic
Sleeper Simulant Exotic
Braytech Weapons (Winter Wolf, 18 Kelvins, Frigid Jackel, Niflheim Frost)
Braytech Osprey Rocket Launcher – (Strange Terrain Nightfall Weapon)

Most of these weapons and armor pieces are tied to specific quests so they will be pretty easy to obtain. However, all of the Braytech and Escalation Protocol weapons are completely random. While the latter recently had a “bad luck” mechanic introduced for players who never get that specific weapon, the Braytech guns are completely random.
These are only earned by unlocking Override Frequencies across Mars. This step can take you three hours or a hundred. It’s a random drop, but thankfully there don’t appear to be any duplicates. Once you get a Braytech blueprint, head back to Ana to convert it into one of the weapons. Be prepared to hate everything on Mars by the time you finish this quest up.
6. Complete Destination Forsaken

The final part of this title is – you guessed it – rinding for more weapons and armor pieces. For this part, you’ll need to obtain two full sets of armor, two emblems, and 13 weapons. This section is combining both the Tangled Shore and Dreaming City.
Just like the previous steps, this only needs to be done on one character so don’t worry about grinding this out on your secondary Guardians.
Here is a list of everything you need for Destination Forsaken:
Tangled Shore

Scatterhorn Armor Set
Ether Doctor – Auto Rifle
Wrong Side of Right – Scout Rifle
Dust Rock Blues – Shotgun
Trackless Wastes – SMG
Thin Line – Hand Cannon
Right Side of Wrong – Pulse Rifle
Eye for an Eye – Emblem

Dreaming City

Reverie Dawn Armor Set
Tigerspite – Auto Rifle
Vouchsafe – Scout Rifle
Retold Tale – Shotgun
Abide the Return – Sword
Waking Vigil – Hand Cannon
Twilight Oath – Sniper Rifle
Secret Victories – Emblem

The Tangled Shore gear is easy enough to obtain, but the Dreaming City items can only be unlocked at this location. We recommend doing every bounty offered each week, participating in the Blind Well, and turning in Small Gifts to the cat statues.
Additionally, if you have unlocked the Wish Ender than start popping Taken Eggs around the city. Not only will this eventually reward you with a badass Sparrow, but each egg gives you a free piece of Dreaming City gear!
After you finish this step then you can turn in all your Triumphs and unlock the Wayfarer seal. Now go take a break at The Tower, you’ve earned the rest!

Gordon Hayward Offers Help To Caris LeVert After Nets Star’s Foot Injury

Caris LeVert will have more than just his Brooklyn Nets teammates to turn to as he embarks on his road to recovery.
LeVert appeared to sustain a nightmarish leg injury Monday night when he awkwardly crashed to the floor in the second quarter of the Nets’ matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The third-year guard was carted off the Target Center floor before being taken to a nearby hospital via ambulance.
The Nets guard received an outpouring of support across the NBA upon going down, including from Gordon Hayward, who lost his 2017-18 campaign to a gruesome leg injury sustained in the season opener.

Gordon Hayward on Caris LeVert’s injury: “I know first-hand what it’s like. If he wants to reach out, he knows how to get a hold of me.”
— Boston Celtics (@celtics) November 13, 2018

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display( “gpt-ad-desktop-out-of-page” ); });

Best wishes and prayers to @CarisLeVert on a speedy recovery! The journey back is hard, but you’ll be stronger in the end. Please reach out if you need anything!
— Gordon Hayward (@gordonhayward) November 13, 2018

Luckily for LeVert, his injury isn’t nearly as bad as Hayward’s was. The Nets released a medical update Tuesday, in which they revealed LeVert will not require surgery and should be able to return to all basketball activities without limitations at some point this season.
Still, the 24-year-old will need to put in a good deal of rehab work before steps back on the court. And considering Hayward has been there and done that, LeVert might be wise to give the Boston Celtics forward a call.
